Your items are delivered in 2-7 days after expedition in Spain and Europe. For expedition abroad, your items will be delivered in 7-10 days.
In case the article was not in stock, we will contact you by email to inform you. It takes one month to one month and a half to produce your article.
Our parcels will be shipped with the Correos Service & Envialia for Spain, Correos Service & MRW for Europe and the rest of the world.
Delivery costs depends on the weight and your delivery address, you will have access to these information once you validate your order.
Exceeding delivery time, will in no case be used against LIDIA MURO or give rise to a break of contract or any compensation for damages and interests. Beyond a period of one month following the expedition of your order, LIDIA MURO will refund your order.
CHANGES AND RETURNS
You may exchange the items purchased from LIDIA MURO's online store within 14 days of receipt of your order. Exchanges will not be accepted for items with a lower price of the product purchased online.
The exchange will be made as soon as possible depending on the availability of the product.
Refunds and Exchanges can be issued by LIDIA MURO, if the product is returned to us in its original condition within 14 days of receipt of your order. Returned items must also include the original box, the invoice, and must be completely unworn.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and please note that we are unable to provide shipping labels or reimbursement for returns.
For orders placed outside Europe, shipping costs, customs duties and sale taxes are non-refundable through LIDIA MURO.
If an item is returned to us because a customer refused to pay for any import taxes or custom duties due payable, LIDIA MURO will seek to recover from the customer all costs or any fees incurred by LIDIA MURO. Please note that if the customer refused to pay custom duties upon delivery, a refund will only be issued after the product has been returned to us.
LIDIA MURO reserves the right to refuse any return on items that do not meet the above requirements. If your return is not accepted, it will be sent back to you at your expense and a refund will not be issued. We appreciate your understanding.
All our products are handmade meaning that they may have minor imperfections.
Depending on the tanning process, small scratches and wrinkles may appear in the leather. This is a characteristic feature of this natural product.
All the leather used comes from premium limited dead-stock. Therefore some qualities and colors might not be continuous and would be replaced by the closest materials available.
Final Sale items are not returnable.
